He gladly followed her inside. He didn't want her to have too much time to rethink the invitation so all the way there he kept touching her, kept stealing kisses. Maybe she was just a sort of a party girl, maybe with daddy's money to spare, but one look at her place made him rethink that. Actually, everything about her, from her nails to he clothes to her flat had him a bit off balance. He was used to being able to nail down people, know what made them tick. Maybe that was why he couldn't just bid her goodnight and leave it at that.
